Pea Protein Concentrate
Pea concentrate is produced through air fractionation where high pressure air separates the starch and the protein fractions. The process uses little energy, no water and unlike other proteins, uses no chemicals, alcohols, solvents etc.
Textured Pea Proteins
Whereas most textured pea proteins start with pea protein isolate and diluted with pea flour, our solutions start with the very sustainable pea concentrate and the isolate is added to boost the protein up to 65% protein. Using yellow pea from Northern Europe and extruded in Scandinavia.
Perfect for plant based meats, granules for processed analogues and chucks suited for longer fibers and whole muscle replication.
Isolates
Our products are produced to a very high standard and provide a very consistent quality. As a result, these isolates are very smooth, clean in flavour and very light in colour.
Excellent for low viscosity use such as beverage, brine, soups, sauces and mayonnaise. The Faba Isolate is perfect for plant based chicken analogues in either a very white emulsion with gluten or in a Powerheater.
